Where we ship

Poppy Spree currently ships to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. U.S. territories and military destinations are not currently supported at checkout.

Shipping charges

Standard tracked shipping is $12 per order. Your shipping charge and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before you pay. Any alternative shipping offer will be stated clearly at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery

Our Q2 collection is fulfilled by our supplier from Valencia, Spain. We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2 business days after payment and order confirmation. Weekends, holidays, payment checks and stock issues can affect dispatch.

The supplier's published U.S. transit estimate is approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Processing, customs or carrier delays can add time. A 48-hour dispatch target does not mean delivery within 48 hours.

Tracking and separate shipments

We email tracking details when your order ships. Items may arrive separately; please check your tracking emails before reporting a missing item.

Address changes and order issues

Check your address carefully before placing your order. Email contact@poppyspree.com as soon as possible with your order number if you need help. Changes or cancellation are only possible before fulfillment progresses far enough that the shipment cannot be stopped.

If tracking is delayed, an item is missing, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and relevant photos. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and carrier. Do not send returns to the sender's address without instructions from us.
