Shopping with Poppy Spree

Poppy Spree is operated by Gopal Bhattarai. These terms explain how our website and purchases work. Our store is hosted on Shopify. Questions can be sent to contact@poppyspree.com.

Products and availability

We curate clothing supplied by Q2. Please read the product description, size options and care information before ordering. Product photographs show the item as accurately as possible, but screen settings and lighting can affect perceived color. Stock is subject to availability and supplier updates.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly shown. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Prices may change for future purchases. We do not increase the agreed total of a confirmed order without your consent.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. An automated receipt confirms that we received your order. If a stock, pricing or payment issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and explain the available options. Any payment for an item we cannot supply will be refunded.

Shipping and order changes

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, charges and estimated delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. For an address change or cancellation request, contact us promptly with your order number. We may be unable to change or cancel an order once fulfillment is underway.

Returns and problems with an order

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions. Report a damaged, incorrect or missing item promptly and include your order number and relevant photographs.
